Survivors of domestic violence
A confidential transitional home where survivors can regain footing and plan their next chapter in safety.
Arizona 501(c)(3) nonprofit
Homely Foundation provides safe, structured transitional homes and builds pathways to permanent housing.
Flagship program · Opening Fall 2026
A shared transitional home for 6–10 residents veterans with disabilities — with case management, structure, and a clear focus on employment and permanent housing. We are now building referral partnerships with VA and community case managers.
How it works
One chassis, many doors. Every program we run follows the same path from crisis to permanence.
A case manager or partner connects a person in housing crisis to an open bed. We respond quickly and welcome them in.
A safe home, case management, and a personal housing plan create the steady footing people need to move forward.
The goal from day one is a durable, permanent home — and the income, benefits, and support to keep it.
Where we're headed
Our Glendale veterans home comes first — its success funds and proves what follows. These are the doors we intend to open next.

Young adults with disabilities
Supportive housing that helps young adults build independence, routine, and a path to lasting stability.
Long-term affordable housing
A growing portfolio of affordable rentals — including Section 8 — so stability lasts well beyond the first year.
Homely is early — our first home opens in Fall 2026. We will publish real numbers here as residents move in and move on to permanent housing. We do not invent statistics.
